Terms of Service
Torvecta is in early access. These terms will be updated as the product and its billing evolve; material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
What Torvecta is
Torvecta generates research and analysis about companies you choose to track. It never executes trades, holds funds, or moves money on your behalf, and nothing it produces is personalized financial, investment, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
Trial and subscription
Every new account starts with a free, 4-day trial: up to 4 tracked companies and up to 4 daily briefings, whichever limit is reached first. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the price shown on the Pricing page. Self-serve billing is not yet open -- see that page for current status.
Once billing is live: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account's billing management, effective at the end of the current billing period -- no partial refunds for the remainder of a paid period. If a renewal payment fails, access may be suspended until payment succeeds or the subscription is canceled.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use Torvecta.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, attempt to access another user's data, or use Torvecta for any unlawful purpose.
Availability and no warranty
Torvecta is provided as an early-access product on a best-effort basis, without warranty of any kind, including accuracy or completeness of any generated analysis. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to factors outside our control (including third-party data or AI provider outages).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torvecta and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including investment losses, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Torvecta and delete your account at any time by emailing info@torvecta.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or the acceptable-use section above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. See the Impressum for the party responsible for this service.
